- Analytics. Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, records how visitors find and move through the site. Its main cookies are _ga and a property-specific equivalent, retained for up to two years. This data is aggregated and used to understand which pages and enquiry paths work.
- Advertising and measurement. We advertise on Google and Meta. The Google Ads tag sets _gcl_au and _gcl_aw (up to 90 days) so that an enquiry can be attributed to the advertisement that led to it. The Meta Pixel sets _fbp and _fbc (up to 90 days) for the same purpose. Google and Meta may also set cookies from their own domains. These allow us to measure advertising effectiveness and to show relevant advertisements to people who have visited our site.
- Fraud prevention. Fraud Blocker identifies invalid and automated clicks on our advertisements.
